Before reduces casting delay by 0.13 seconds per level, this is now 0.06 seconds per level

Desperate deflection
Improved chance to receive buff from 6% to 10%

Frantic Defense
Can now stack 5x instead of 3x

Reckless Vivacity
Can now stack 5x instead of 3x

Hawkeye
12 P accuracy per level instead of 6

Invincible strength
15 strength per level instead of 6

Remorselessness
Changed buff duration from 8 seconds to 3 minutes

Immortality
Improved buff duration from 8 seconds to 15 seconds



Templar

Righteous Purpose
Removed the 600% of blockdef to HP
Added 12% of HP becomes P attack and M attack

Holy Ground
Initial damage +100%
Debuff duration on target from 3 seconds to 10 seconds
Added a weak damage over time effect with the debuff
Debuff pdef decrease reduced from -600 to -150

Crusade
Improved cooldown reduction on Hate Aura and Holy aura from 0.3 seconds per level to 1.0 seconds per level
Currently bugged on test server, gives -1.0 second to the cooldown at level 1, and also at level 10.

Onslaught
Cooldown reduced from 60 seconds to 30 seconds

Glorious wrath (Passive that modifies Onslaught)
Reduces cooldown on onslaught reduced from -5 seconds per level to -2.5 seconds per level

Imbued light
Reduces MP usage from 750mp / 10 seconds to 250 mp / 5 seconds

Piety ( Passive that modifies Imbued Light)
Reduces imbued light overtime mp usage from -79 mp per usage to -26.3333 per usage



Magus

Healing Gust
Cooldown reduced from 6 seconds to 4 seconds
Heal improved by 20%

Elemental Devotion
Reduces cooldown of Healing Gust reduced by 0.5 second per level to 0.3 second per level

Tectonic Spike (Also known as penisrock)
Cooldown reduced from 60 seconds to 10 seconds
Deals damage over time every 1 second instead of every 3 seconds
Damage +35%

Earth and Fire
This skill may have been changed, as all the other TP skills also had their related TP passive changed.
But this passive gives no information other than 'increases the damage of your tectonic spike skill' so I don't know what changed, if anything got changed at all.

At level 10;

Exhiliration
Reduced power of buff from +120 P atk/ M atk to +60 P atk/Matk per stack
Changed max a mount of stacks from 5 to 99
Changed buff duration from 30 sec to 1 hour

Beast's wrath
Changed buff duration from 30 sec to 3 minutes
Changed buff from +3% int to +5% str and +5% int

Impaling power
Cooldown reduced from 5 minutes to 30 seconds (With the buff lasting 30 seconds, allows you to keep the effect on you permanently)

Expert Combatant (Passive for Impaling power)
Reduces impaling power cooldown changed from -25 sec per level to -2.5 sec per level

Leviathan's torrent
Cooldown reduced from 25 seconds to 10 seconds
Removed weapon : axe requirement. Can now supposedly use it with all weapons. Will test this to make sure

Gravity amplification
Each level now reduces cooldown by 20 seconds
7 minute cooldown at level 9



Berserker

Steel Presence
Reduced vitality boost from +10% per level to +3% per level
Reduces HP boost from +10% per level to 7.5% per level
Removed the -10% P attack reduction per level

Earth Shatter
Cooldown reduced from 5 seconds to 4 seconds

Final Barrier
Chance to activate reduced from 20% to 10%

Spiracle Rush
Cooldown reduced from 2 min to 1 min

Blood rush
Reducement of spiraclerush cooldown from -10 seconds per level to -5 seconds per level

Essence of invulnerability
Reduced cooldown from 20 minutes to 12.5 minutes

Spiracle cannon
Cooldown reduced from 15 seconds to 10.5 seconds at level 9

Energy bomb
Cooldown reduced by 1 second per level, 50 second cooldown at level 9



Oracle

Guardian Angel
Cooldown from 60 minutes to 45 minutes

Brilliant Harmony
Cooldown from 5 minutes to 1 minute

Dignity (Passive that improves Brilliant Harmony)
Reduces brilliant harmony cooldown from -75 seconds to -5 seconds

Heavenly Grace
MP usage reduction from -10% to -15% per level.

Radiant Flare
Changed dot damage from every 2 seconds to every 1 second
Increased dot damage by 50%

Mass Repentance
Increased damage by an additional 150%

Heaven And Hell
Old description tells you it's +7% P attack, M attack, attackspeed and Castspeed
New description tells you it's 5%
