Requirements

Level 70 or higher
Having completed the first part of the Witch Quest

Things worth noting:
It is suggested to read the walkthrough ahead of where you are yourself in the questline. Some quests will teleport you almost on top of very powerful monsters, so if you are not prepared you should wait with accepting these.

Some of the monsters in this questline are very challenging, and are as a relatively new player not an option to kill on your own if you are below level 130.
Quests with such monsters are: The Witch's Resurrection, Summoning Hector and Witch Hunt. For the last quest you will not be able to get any outside help, the only help you can get is from possible other players doing the quest at the same moment.
If you are a new player and you are with a group of 4 or more players you should be able to do these quests around level 115 or higher, else you are better off waiting till level 130-137 till you start with this.

The quests give a total of roughly 160.000.000 Exp. Starting this questline at level 70 will get you to level 90 or 91. Starting at level 110 will get you level 114 or 115. For an XP table, see the Rappelz Wikia

They will spawn as you walk near the dots shown on the map.

The monsters can only spawn for 20 minutes after having accepted the quest. If you do not complete it within this time you will have to forfeit the quest and start over.

CAUTION: This is a very powerful monster, if you haven't done this quest before and you don't know what she can do, you should consider seeking assistance with this boss.

Reporting the Subjugation of the Assassin Guild

Speak to Light Pope Lucian, located right next to the place Subjugation Force Commander Richard teleports you to.

Summoning Hector

Start :

Light Pope Lucian

Objective :

Defeat Hero Hector, located at the Pyre Site
Hero Hector is hidden, together with a lot fake Hero Hectors and fanatics!
You need to run around whole of Pyre Site to try and trigger him to spawn!
This might take some time, as it is random where he will spawn.
If the real Hero Hector spawns, you can tell by the red arrow on top of his head, and on the map.

Note :

As soon as you accept the quest, you will be teleported to the Pyre Site. If you move around, there is a high chance fanatics and hero hector can spawn right on top of you.
Hero Hector is a very powerful monster so do not accept the quest until you are ready to face him!
The monsters can only spawn for 20 minutes after having accepted the quest. If you do not complete it within this time you will have to forfeit the quest and start over.

Supporting the Witch Hunt

Start :

Objective :

Speak to Hero Hector, located at Dead Spirit's Altar, West of Horizon

Complete :

Witch Hunt

Start :

Hero Hector

Objective :

Defeat the Ultimate Witch, located on the top of the Altar.
CAUTION: This is a very powerful monster, even more powerful than the previous Witch. If you haven't done this quest before and you don't know what she can do, you should consider seeking assistance with this boss.
The area with the boss monster is supposedly to be for people doing the quest only. To get assistance, you need to use a feather of summon or feather of union, as this is a locked area and people cannot usually get here without having the quest for it.

There is a bug where if someone has a pet that they can mount, like a nightmare, unicorn or white dragon, you move the pet onto the bridge (You can do this by holding the shift button and clicking somewhere), and then use the Mount option, you will then teleport on top of the pet, which is standing inside the quest area.

If you die, you can get back here by walking to the Dead Spirit's Altar, located West of Horizon.
You can get here the quickest by teleporting to Horizon Field from Horizon or Hidden Village, and then walk west.
Then forfeit the quest by clicking on the big X in the Questlist, and starting it over.
